Solution: Check the power from the power supply panel
Little or no airflow
- Cause: Fan motor is burnt
- Solution: Replace the fan
- Cause: Refrigeration
- Solution: See section 7 — Maintaining the unit
- Cause: Circuit breaker tripped
- Solution: Rest the circuit breaker
- Cause: Fuse is blown
- Solution: Replace the fuse
Little or no water extraction
- Cause: Insufficient air flow
- Solution: Check and perform the suggestions for the above “Little or no airflow” symptom
- Cause: Compressor
- Solution: Contact the factory service center
Unit vibrates excessively
- Cause: Loose compressor
- Solution: Tighten the nuts of the compressor mounts
- Cause: Damaged fan
- Solution: Replace the fan
Water flooding inside the machine
- Cause: Drain pipe is blocked / frozen
- Solution: Clear the obstruction
- Cause: Drain pipe is too high
- Solution: Ensure that no section of the drain hose is above the level of the water outlet
- Cause: Crimped or blocked tubing
- Solution: Straighten, clear, or replace the tubing
Compressor is not working while the fans are working
- Cause: High pressure switch fault
- Solution: Press the HP switch button
- Cause: Oil pressure switch fault
- Solution: Press the oil pressure switch button
- Cause: Circuit breaker tripped stage 1
- Solution: Press circuit breaker stage 1
- Cause: Circuit breaker tripped stage 2
- Solution: Press circuit breaker stage 2
- Cause: Main compressor protection fault
- Solution: Press compressor protection fault
The fans are not rotating
- Cause: Possible failure of the no volt relay component
- Solution: Check there is no failure of the no‑volt relay component
The two fans are rotating counterclockwise (blowing air into the unit)
- Cause: The power supply cable is not connected correctly
- Solution: Go to the main power supply connections and reverse two of the cables (from R S T to R T S)
